Requirements for International Addressing - Updated in January 2023
Customers must provide full legal name (the name that corresponds to the recipient's government-issued identification) in shipping information at checkout. Using your initials in shipping labels/documents may be subject to extra inspection which can cause a delay in delivery, and also the delivery courier may require the recipient's passport or identification for security reasons.
If the name of the recipient of the order is not provided in full, we will cancel the order. Any differences in the amount refunded due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges will not be reimbursed.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days excluding weekends and Japanese holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact email@example.com.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees.
All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan using trackable shipping services by DHL.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notification with tracking number once your order has shipped. This will contain a link to follow the shipping status for you order.
You are responsible for tracking your package using the information we send you in the shipping confirmation email. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs and delays could entail prior to purchasing. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the purchases made.
A 10% fee of the total purchase will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders (eg. incorrect shipping address, unpaid duties and taxes, unclaimed packages, packages that were not picked up etc.) as those items are required to be destroyed and it would be deducted before issuing the refund. Any refused items are subject to a 10% fee. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed only after all products are returned to Everglow Cosmetics. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost and ¥500 handling fee. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Orders have a maximum sub-total purchase amount limit of ¥180,000. Orders shipping to addresses in Europe are limited to ¥120,000.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong item/shade, unhappy with product etc). If you received incorrect item or if they are damaged, please contact us by email (email@example.com) within 5 days from the date that you received the product. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged or defective product so we can forward to our Carrier. We'll pay the return shipping costs via Paypal if the return is a result of our error.
Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the selling price.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges will not be reimbursed.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of your Everglow Cosmetics order. Since we start processing order as soon as it is placed, any and all cancelled orders/items are subject to a 10% cancelling fee. Redeemed points/discount codes are non-refundable.
We are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.
If you choose to cancel an order, you must contact Everglow Cosmetics immediately by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
